[wxqc] Wview pressure calculations

One other thing I forgot to mention is that based testing I did at the time,
I'm confident that the item labeled "Virtual Temperature" in the Davis
BARDATA docs is actually the mean temperature, not an actual virtual
temperature (in the meterological usage of the term).
