Jim,

According to http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/c4808, you should 
add 2.1 mbar. However, if you haven't already entered your elevation 
into virtual weather station, then you should do that first. Actually, 
you should make sure that your elevation is correct in all the places 
where it should be entered (and I'm not quite sure of the list with your 
setup). When you have done this, see if there is a 'step' in the graph 
on the above page, and then apply the appropriate offset.
