[wxqc] Davis advice and some questions

Make sure you have the latest version of VWSaprs....it has been upgraded 
recently. Here is the link below. I was having a similar problem with it 
changing to upload before I got the newest version.

I too have started changing the battery every year......that seems to be 
the life expectancy of the battery.
