[wxqc] Neighboring Stations

Hey folks,

After looking at CW3462's site page, and comparing it with mine (she's 4.4 miles away), I noticed in the 
'Neighboring Stations' section that ALL of the stations are in italic, including our reference NWS station, 
KGSP. Any ideas on why this has started happening? I can't really place when it started, but it seems like it 
has been several weeks now.
