[wxqc] Storm Glass

I have one, and enjoy watching it. However a storm glass has no empirical
value as each one is different and the readings are different in accordance
with how much air is trapped inside the glass. I suppose you could
calibrate it with your barometer and a grease pencil, but it will change
over time as the water will slowly evaporate. However when the water is all
the way at the top of the spout it sure is an indication to go check your
barometer and look at the local weather radar, not to mention its value as
an interesting conversation piece.

Anyone here have or use a storm glass? Are they of any use at all?
