The console/envoy won't allow you to configure it for 2 ISS's.
All I was trying point out there is that the transmitters are
identical, the only thing making it impractical to use solar/UV
sensors with an anenometer transmitter is the console firmware.

Of the two things I wish the VP2 system could do, connecting
the solar/UV to a anenometer transmitter is #1.
