I think the problem is that almost none of these stragglers are looking at
any of these pages or quality feedback emails, etc. I bet that were they
cut off from posting to the core, they wouldn't even notice that their data
isn't going anywhere anymore. It'll be interesting to see how well the mass
email works. I will be checking the 7 core posters on my nearby list to see
if any comply.
