[wxqc] [personal] Re: rotate keep "rotating" back

It will for quite sometime but then sometimes it just switches; can't think of any other place to fix it except for the configuration area of VWS so I guess I will just keep an eye on it very closely and switch it back if it decides it likes rotate better again.
