[wxqc] [personal] Server recommendations, Again!

Paul,
I plan on sending a e-mail message with the pertinent information to all
registered members of CWOP next week. However, there are a significant
number of people who have changed their e-mail addresses and not
notified me of the change. So, I don't know just how many people will
get the word on what APRS servers to use.
