[wxqc] Multiple Problems with WM II & Computer

After putting a Davis WM II (that has previously only been used only for
public display) online to the Weather Underground, we've been having a lot
of problems with data quality. After getting the outside transmitter board
fixed by Davis for no wind readings, it appears the solar battery is now
going dead each night at 10pm to midnight. Took the readings offline this am
(Sunday) as it was giving 'Apocalyptic' readings of 300+ degrees and
such-which happens when the inside unit doesn't get the radio signal from
the outside weather equipment. Also the computer time starts lagging an hour
or so over several days and the auto-adjust feature doesn't correct it.
Monday the 3 batteries will be checked (the big square battery in the
outside unit, battery in console, and motherboard battery).

I've been deleting the erroneous entries at Weather Underground, but they
seem to stay in the averages. Can't seem to change that.

Here is a question: Does anyone know how to stop the "Leap Year Correction"
("Would you like to download data for Leap Year?") message from coming up at
midnight in WeatherLink 5.80? When it appears, it halts the uploads to WU.
