[wxqc] [Fwd: Weather data quality report for D0266 on 2008-06-04 -- please check warning]

I guess I'm not signed up for the announcements; however, I can  
confirm that there have been problems accessing the QC web pages since  
the weekend.  Today, I haven't been able to access the QC pages at all.
