[wxqc] Rain measurements with high wind.

Did you by any chance compare to radar precip. estimates? I usually use the
version that's on weatherunderground just because I'm familiar with it, and
it seems to be resonably accurate.

Looking at your location, it seems 0.8 inches has a reasonable match with
the radar image. I'm not sure you can tell by roads and fields, especially
if they are some distance from you. Rainfall amounts can vary quite a bit in
a short area. Buckets would be another thing, though, as long as you took
the shape of the bucket into account and it was sited appropriately.
