[wxqc] Status of RADAR at EWX

This is what I see "Due to technical difficulties, the radar display is 
temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your patients. NWS Radar team" 
Which probably means that you notices the problem just before they did, 
since they have now put a message up. The radar image on the page simply 
makes a call to the NWS server so you might want to check:
