[wxqc] Possible culprit alt errors

The strange thing about this one is that it is a METAR station - KBNL is
indeed Barnwell, SC, so it appears to be plotted correctly on the map.  The
data sure looks like it is coming from a different station though.

If you notice the location is wrong by 686.1 miles
I have the same problem with a station in my area CW0310 He has been showing
either the wrong elevation or wrong Latitude or longitude since July.
If the location is wrong it will throw off all the readings on there QA.

Discovered this station this morning, and with the kind of data it is 
reporting, no wonder stuff on my station is out of whack if this one is 
used in the comparison...  take a peek...
