[wxqc] Need help understanding Weather data quality

It looks to me as if your barometer is not adjusted for elevation. At 4265 
feet, your barometer will read significantly below barometers corrected to 
sea level. According to the web page, you need to add 141.5 millibars to 
correct your barometer to sea level.
