[wxqc] Davis VP Firmware and Barometer setting in software

Yikes...
Assuming I don't fry my console it can't hurt to upgrade my firmware
considering it is 16 months old.
The firmware updated went through the process and said it was done
and was rebooting the console and the console went crazy and then
went blank the only thing remaining on the console was the "receiving
from" thingie on the bottom... I am reblasting the firmware now. I
didn't see any instructions about having to power off or do anything
else to get the console working again....
