[wxqc] Weathlink Crashing

Would Mark Kimble please submit more information on the UART update issue?
I have been crashing and freezing for 3 months now.  I have also completely
uninstalled 3 times and I still am crashing.  I have installed the Serial to
USB several times, gone onto the internet through "update driver' and come
up with nothing.
