[wxqc] Another set of old data

Falling back to T2 is not a sustainable strategy, though.  It makes more 
sense to fail over to another CWOP-dedicated server.  Please consider 
this in the future.

It would make a LOT more sense to have the CWOP-dedicated servers listed 
than to arbitrarily fail over to a T2 server.
