[wxqc] WL 5.7.1 locking up sending data to APRS

I am having a problem with WL 5.7.1 locking up when it's sending data  
to APRS.  It's not consistent and only happens in the early morning  
(12AM ET - 3AM ET).  It's only happened twice this weekend.  WL  
freezes on the Sending Data window right at APRS.  I need to force WL  
to quit because the app isn't responsive.

My settings are:

	Call sign:		CW4023
	Server/port:		cwop.aprs.net:14580
	Password:		-1 vers WL 5.7.1

Pretty simple.  Because the logs generated by WL are useless for  
troubleshooting, I can't offer anything more.  It's been working fine  
for years up until I changed the server I sent to (beginning of March  
I think).

I've made no changes to my router (Netgear FVS318) or the PC my  
weather station is connected to (IBM T41, WinXP w/all current updates).

Thoughts?
