[wxqc] Server Time Stamp

Glad you got it fixed.  If it's any help, I did an OS update here the 
other day on Linux and all of a sudden, WView wouldn't work.  I had to 
recompile it and radlib to make 'em happy, because so many of the shared 
libraries had been updated and the old ones were gone...

I thought I'd lost my mind.
