All,

We had a problem on cwop-2 today.  I've removed the server from the 
rotation, but it appears that DNS anomalies around the net are causing 
problems therein.

I'm now investigating some server-based redistribution mechanisms 
besides/beyond round-robin DNS.  More as that develops.

If you must hard-code specific addresses, feel free to use 
cwop1.tamu.edu (cwop-1) and sip-tssg.org (cwop-3).  cwop.fuller.net 
(cwop-2) will be back when we can figure out what happened.  A key 
suspect is Sun's latest version of Java...
