[wxqc] wxqc Digest, Vol 42, Issue 1

Ross,

CWOP2 has been down for what looks like a half day so far. I would switch to cwop1.tamu.edu
My ISP DNS lookup always points to CWOP2 so I upload to cwop1.tamu.edu If this is the case for you
thats probably why you are not able to upload.
