[wxqc] No Data Received

Today marks the second time this week that data is not reaching the server.
On 4/3 it was interrupted for several hours.  I did nothing and it resumed.
Today at the time of writing I’m into 4 hours of interrupted data getting to
the server.  I’ve checked all settings to make sure everything on my end is
correct.  It appears to be.
