[wxqc] Where Did This Bad Data Come From?

Evan, I cannot speak to the cause of the long-delayed report, but it is
timestamped when it hits the servers. In the case cited, T2PSR somehow
introduced old data... or incorrectly timestamped it. I'll discuss this
with the various involved folk in the server world. The raw packet data
as seen on FindU display the data added by the server... in this case
T2PSR.

Regardless of when your console might timestamp a packet, the system is
going to relabel it with a time-received-on-the-server timestamp. This
is a protocol legacy issue.

ON another issue though: WX2CHS is an Amateur Radio station. If you
want it to be seen on local tactical displays, please make sure you're
using either rotate.aprs.net or rotate.aprs2.net. If you do not want it
available to the ham community for tactical display then using
cwop.aprs.net is appropriate.

Switching between the two types of rotate DNS entry-sets will result in
schizophrenia with regard to local Amateur Radio tactical displays...
but will not adversely affect (we believe) CWOP's pickup of the data.
The gotcha is when we see something like this.
