[wxqc] Dewpoint errors

In recent times I have been having some issues apparently with my Dewpoint
quality. I am not sure why this is happening since I have been up and
running a La Crosse WS2308 for over 2 years with no problem there. I have
had other problems with other parameters some due to solar heating with
temperature and others with pressure due to another station having issues.
Apparently there is a station affecting my readings for due point. I
contacted them to no avail, and with no response. Checking on the CWOP
information page for CW5246 I have 2 thumbs up and a green check right now,
yet I get the following notice:

01-APR-2008 Smry *-0.8(0.39)*0.79(1.12)*2.84( 2.8)*14.9(108.)*0.43(0.58)
Until I get some sort of response from AA1XD at yahoo.com indicating that he is
not my problem, or and indication from somewhere else that the problem is in
my station I am not going to make any changes.
