[wxqc] C4224 has had a similar problem...

For some unknown reason, I have also had this recently happen as well. I am  
running Weatherlink 5.7.1 (Davis). If I reinstall the program and then  
re-configure that portion of the program going to CWOP, the data flow resumes.
