[wxqc] [C28738] Chasing Barometer Calculation

If you compare your readings with KRNO -- the nearest 'reliable' source, 
then it is a long way away from your readings, so I don't think that the 
'new station in your area' is the answer.

If you look at http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/C8738?days=182 
then you can see that your pressure tracked nicely until early feb, when 
it started to diverge significantly. I have no idea what happened at 
that point. Maybe device failure. Maybe a temperature change where the 
pressure sensor is located, and it is more sensitive than it ought to be.
