[wxqc] Help with Temperature Reading for CW3884

Have the same thing happening here at 
http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/C3806 too for awhile now.
Davis is sending me a new Temp/Humidity sensor for my ISS, too bad mine 
is out of warranty. Hopefully this will fix itself once the new sensor 
is installed.
