[wxqc] Opinions please -- New design for solar radiation shielding

My weather station is located at a business in a small town.  There was no place 
at ground level to locate the temp/humidity sensor.  So I decided to try a fan 
aspirated 4 inch PVC pipe attached to a tower.  Like Jim's design below I'm 
using a 12 volt computer fan but it's running about half speed on 6 volts.  So 
far this seems to work fairly well even though It isn't cute like Jim's bird house.
