[wxqc] Flickr pictures -- a milestone reached

How does one tag images for this purpose? I know how to put flickr
images on the map. I've done so with Guitartown pictures I've taken.
Is there something additional for your site? I have to say that when I
use the link to find nearby pictures, it's usually pictures that have
no relevance to the weather -- just someone's random pictures.
