[wxqc] Flickr pictures -- a milestone reached

Today we reached the 1000 picture mark -- i.e. people have tagged this 
many images to appear on their site information pages. The other good 
news is that the rate has picked up recently with two or three new sites 
posting pictures each day.

The bad news is that the APIs that I use to get the pictures from flickr 
only work well up to around 2,000 images, and after that I have to do 
finer queries -- this means that soon I am going to have to fix my scripts!
