[wxqc] VP1 Firmware Update

Ok, I'm going to ask."If you don't ask."  you know the saying.  So, there is
hardware and software.so someone define "firmware" for me.  Thanks!

Just done the same update for my VP2 and I believe one of the corrections
was to the Barometer, my station seems to mirror the trend much better and
more smoothly (less spikes)
