[wxqc] Updating Pro Vantage 2 Without Using Updater

Tom,

For security purposes (anit-spoofing, etc), you typically should go to 
the application download page, then select the application you need.  
You don't want to install executable code on your computer from sources 
you don't trust.

However... here is the direct link to the Davis WeatherLink version 
5.7.1 installable executable:

Updates will be available from the Davis software "updates" page:
