Hi Joy,

You are getting closer:

You should use the ASOS station altimeters as the basis for calibrating 
your pressure measurements.  Using KVIH and KUUV, I think you could 
raise your pressure another 1.0 millibar (00.03 inches of Mercury).  If 
you do this, I am certain the MADIS "ignoring" message will go away in 
1-2 weeks.
