[wxqc] Updating Pro Vantage 2 Without Using Updater

Just run the exe file you downloaded from Davis (the Direct PC version),
while your PC is connected to your VP2.  It should find the VP2, and upload
the update.

After checking my Vantage Pro 2 console, by holding "DONE" and then pressing
"up arrow," on the console, I have learned that I have revision April 10,
2006.  My understanding is that I can download and install the new firmware
update without renting/obtaining the "updater" hardware.  My problem is that
being new to this hobby/lifestyle and being a true novice computer user, I
have no idea how to install the update.  Any help would be GREATLY
