[wxqc] Weatherlink 5.7.1 installed, updater ordered with VP1 DST firmware fix

Updater arrived this morning, now my VP1 has the 11/20/2006 Rev B firmware.
Strangely enough, it reports (in VPLive) that it's a 'Vantage Pro 2' 
station.

All the reading seem normal and upgrade went smoothly.

Kris, yes I'd just called Davis Tech Support to order the updater.  I'd 
done it on the morning after they'd released the new firmware.  Since 
they're right across the SF Bay, the UPS ground shipment only took one 
day to arrive :-)
