[wxqc] Raw WX Data Question

Yep, the only data that gets sent without the  "Weather Bulletin" page being active are the basic parameters streaming from the Davis VP console.  The "Weather Bulletin" page enables Weatherlink to derive the additional gust and 1+24hr precip parameters which need a database to create.
