[wxqc] Unable to communicate

Not to sound sarcastic, but I'm pretty sure that removing electric and battery power to most objects does the job. :)

  I tried to control alt del to see if anything else was running but doesn't appear so.  In the trouble shooting they also talk about communication ports being locked up.  How would I cycle power as they say to both he computer and the console.  Rebooting does that to computer, doesn't it?  How could I do that to the console?

    Are you trying to run both WeatherLink and VWS at the same time? Only 
    one application can run at a time as they compete for the COM port. If 
    you want to run VWS, you do not need to load the WeatherLink software. 
    All you need is the little WeatherLink hardware connector and you are 
    toss the WeatherLink CD-ROM. Don't forget to load the latest version of 
    VWSAPRS too.
