[wxqc] WeatherLink for Windows v 5.7.1 Update Available

Hi Eleanor,

My guess is VWS relies on the PC for its time info.  Make sure Windows 
updates to DST on Sunday morning watch what the times VWS generates its 
climate data Sunday night.
