[wxqc] Weatherlink 5.7.1 installed, updater ordered with VP1 DST firmware fix

I've installed WeatherLink 5.7.1 on my station (upgraded from 5.7a) and 
it's running fine so far.

I also have an updater on the way from Davis with the new firmware for 
my Vantage Pro Plus (VP1) -- should arrive today or tomorrow, so I'll 
have the console updated prior to the DST change on Sunday.

I'll let you know next week how the DST change went.
