[wxqc] Up and running again

Happy to report that I got my VWS up and running again.  Was a struggle but Gateway has a great Chat Room support after warranty.  Did notice that it was going from server to server this morning to transmit data.  Now I get back to working on the "freezing" situation again.  Thank goodness I had it backed up.
