[wxqc] Discussion of weather data quality issues

Gentlemen
I have passed the Davis data information on to Byonics (weather trak) and several others. The download is many many pages, but the gist of the situation is that Davis uses standard ASCII codes that can be programmed to all the standard baud rates. A computer programmed as a "Dumb Terminal" can be used to view the codes. Davis uses a two way communication with a lot of control codes but these are not required for TNC units. Third party WD display does well with the Davis Pro II system.
