[wxqc] Pole For Wind Gauge

old directv mounting base/pole w/ a radioshack antenna mast secured
into it is working well on my roof. clears the peak of the roof and
doesnt pissoff the HOA. no guys needed since the mount was made to
handle a LOT more surface area.
