You will find the UPS is 250 Volt Amps (VA) and this makes the unit about
200W of available load.
I use 1500VA units with a 35KW LP fueled backup generator that runes the
entire house with a 2.4 Ghz microwave link to the
internet backbone running at T1 speed of 1.5 KB. I have a Davis proII
wireless with all the additions available on a Galvanized Steel mast with
the
Anemometer at 33ft and the instrument package at 2.5M above the ground.
I use an old laptop dedicated for CWOP and with its battery always charged
the backup generator will be on line long
before the battery dies.
