[wxqc] Pros and Cons On OSI WMR-968

In previous years I owned an OSI WMR-968 and I found the product to be 
poorly designed and constructed with very poor customer warranty and 
technical support. I have also owned a Lacrosse WS-2010 and WS-2315 and they 
were even worse. Never buy any Lacrosse product period.

The Davis and Peet Brothers weather stations are in a different league as 
far as quality of design, construction and support.
