[wxqc] Pros and Cons On OSI WMR-968

 From reading the other replies obviously I'm not the Norm, but I have 3 
968's up and running for a couple years now, and have had very few 
problems with them. The accuracy is ok and they are working well.

They do seem to be cheaply built, but seem to work fine if properly 
installed.

It took me a while but I even figured out how to use the extender 
transmitter on one of my anemometers.
