[wxqc] Wind Question

Often, the house will be a source of radiated heat causing a temperature 
error.  In general, the temperature sensor should be ~5-6 feet above 
ground in an unobstructed area, over grass and in a ventilated container 
that protects it from direct solar radiation.

There's plenty of references on solar radiation shields available with 
some references off the CQOP site.
