[wxqc] Wind errors after rain - Davis Vantage Pro 2

When I reviewed the data in the "strip chart" function in the Davis Weather
software the peaks were present. I do not know if the hardware retains this
value or not.  I will not be near this equipment (It is at work and I am on
vacation) again for two weeks so I can't check it right now.
