[wxqc] Sometimes errors arn't errors.

I've noticed that some people get concerned when they receive an error 
report. In my error reports for the past few days I've been getting very 
high error counts, but the readings are not erroneous, they are actually 
quite close to what's really happening.  The problem is caused by my 
stations location, on a barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean about 1 
KM to the east and the inter coastal waterway 1 KM to the west. it's not 
uncommon to see a 10 degree temperature difference from my station 
location to 2 miles west on the mainland. So while I'm kind of 
disappointed about receiving an X on my temp I'm still happy in knowing 
that the station is working properly (currently).
