[wxqc] Sometimes errors arn't errors.

I've noticed that some people get concerned when they receive an error
report. In my error reports for the past few days I've been getting very
high error counts, but the readings are not erroneous, they are actually
quite close to what's really happening. The problem is caused by my
stations location, on a barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean about 1
KM to the east and the inter coastal waterway 1 KM to the west. it's not
uncommon to see a 10 degree temperature difference from my station
location to 2 miles west on the mainland. So while I'm kind of
disappointed about receiving an X on my temp I'm still happy in knowing
that the station is working properly (currently).
