Don't know if they changed to 3 places now. But I do see a location
difference for mine.

CWOP:
Latitude: 41? 10' 57" N (deg min sec), 41.1825? (decimal), 4110.95N
(LORAN)
Longitude: 73? 48' 47" W (deg min sec), -73.8130? (decimal), 07348.78W

WU:
Lat: N 41 ? 10 ' 56 '' ( 41.182 ? )
Lon: W 73 ? 48 ' 46 '' ( -73.813 ? )

The CWOP location is nearly dead on, as far I've been able to
determine. My guess would be that they rounded off decimal and
derived deg/min/sec from the result.
